The convex hulls take into account a) the speed (1,13 m/s) of wheelchair moving and b) the tolerant gradient (1/12) of the sidewalks and the pedestrian roads. The maximum distance is 20 minutes of strolling (e.x from Omonoia to Monastiraki).
